Vendor Registration

  • Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday (Load-In): 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Saturday (Load-Out): 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • NUMBERS ON THE MAP DETERMINE YOUR LOAD OUT GROUP (groups will be called via PA system)
    • Group 1 1-25
    • Group 2 26-45
    • Group 3 46-66
    • Group 4 67-104
    • Group 5 105-130
  • Main Vendor Hall Booth – $125
    Includes one 6 ft table with a total area of 6 ft x 10 ft.
  • Artist Alley Booth – $50
    Includes one 6 ft table with a total area of 6 ft x 10 ft.
    Note: This booth type is specifically intended for artists, authors, and similar creators.

Important: If your booth requires electricity, please select a wall booth.

  • Hired security personnel and CoMo staff will be present throughout the main floor to supervise the event.
  • Vendors are responsible for protecting and supervising their own items.
  • Larger booths require volunteers to help monitor inventory and assist with security.
  • We strongly recommend:
    • Bringing enough volunteers to cover your booth.
    • Placing expensive or rare items in secure, appropriate areas.
    • Preparing for the installation of temporary security cameras in collaboration with the City of Columbia.
  • If you suspect theft or encounter any security issues, report immediately to hired security and CoMo staff.

  • Pokémon TCG, MTG, and other trading cards
  • Tabletop items and games
  • Comic books
  • Store merchandise (if you own or represent a business)
  • Other: If your items are not listed, you may still apply with payment. Your application will be reviewed within 48 hours.
    • If not approved, a full refund will be issued.

  • We actively engage with vendors to ensure everyone is in good spirits and that operations run smoothly.
  • Complimentary bottled water will be provided throughout the day by our roaming staff.
